Dmitry Medvedev submitted to the State Duma draft Federal Law On Amendments to Articles 62 and 303 of the Russian Federation Criminal Code and the Russian Federation Criminal Procedure Code.

Dmitry Medvedev submitted to the State Duma draft Federal Law On Amendments to Article 221 of the Federal Law On State Registration of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs and Articles 331 and 3511 of the Labour Code of the Russian Federation.

Dmitry Medvedev summarized results of special certification of law enforcement officers, as well as work of the Commission for Special Certification of the Russian Federation Law Enforcement Agencies’ Personnel Applying for Senior Positions. The President made a decision to continue the Commission’s work on a permanent basis. In addition, Chairman of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin reported to the President on results in the investigation of the Bulgaria cruise ship accident.

Dmitry Medvedev signed Federal Law On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation.

Dmitry Medvedev signed Federal Law On Amendment to Article 13 of the Federal Law On the Federal Security Service.

The forum’s participants were interested in Dmitry Medvedev’s opinion on key issues in politics, innovative economy, the fight against crime, the environment and culture. The President also listened to their ideas and proposals, which the young people wanted to share with him.

The President signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Colombia on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Cases.
