On behalf of Dmitry Medvedev, staff of the Presidential Executive Office Library have donated 1,096 books to Solovetsky School (Arkhangelsk Region), and helped to organise a reading room in the school.
The meeting examined implementation of presidential instructions in a number of areas, including preventing unjustified housing and utilities tariff hikes, preparation of the housing and utilities sector for winter, reorganisation of state corporations, effective use of budget funds in the state procurement system, and provision of housing for Great Patriotic War veterans.
Dmitry Medvedev participated in the launch ceremony of a new generation nuclear submarine. The ceremony took place at the military shipyard of Production Association Northern Machine-Building Enterprise (Sevmash).
